Residential Roofing Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Residential Production Manager to join a well-established, family-owned and operated roofing company that has built its reputation on quality, integrity, and taking care of its people.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee residential roofing production from signed contract through successful completion.
• Manage crews, subcontractors, scheduling, materials, inspections, and project timelines.
• Vet, qualify, and manage subcontractors to ensure they meet company standards for workmanship, reliability, safety, and professionalism.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance inspections and ensure every project meets or exceeds customer and company expectations.
• Work extensively with insurance restoration projects, understanding scopes of work, supplements, insurance requirements, and the production process.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, sales teams, adjusters, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Identify production issues before they become expensive problems and hold teams accountable for quality and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of residential roofing production experience with significant insurance restoration experience.
• Proven ability to manage residential roofing projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims, scopes, supplements, and restoration processes.
• Experience vetting and managing subcontractors.
• A strong eye for quality assurance and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who takes ownership rather than making excuses.
• A leader who understands that reputation, customer experience, and workmanship matter.
