Position Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Macon, GA

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) with some real-world experience—someone beyond entry-level who can support larger projects or manage smaller scopes independently. This person will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure successful execution from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily coordination

  • Help maintain project documentation, schedules, and budgets

  • Support jobsite operations and logistics

  • Participate in subcontractor communication and coordination

  • Contribute to quality control and project tracking

  • Attend client and project team meetings

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of commercial construction experience in an APM or Junior PM role

  • Exposure to ground-up commercial work (education, institutional, hospitality, etc.)

  • Organized, proactive, and able to support multiple projects

  • Proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam is a plus, but not required
