About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in concrete pumping and large-scale concrete projects. This leadership position plays a critical role in overseeing field operations, managing project timelines, ensuring safety compliance, and driving efficiency across multiple job sites throughout Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations for concrete pumping projects across Texas
Coordinate crews, equipment, and schedules to ensure timely and efficient job site performance
Manage project execution for large concrete placements, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability
Serve as the key liaison between field teams, dispatch, customers, and executive leadership
Implement and maintain safety protocols in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Support business growth and operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in concrete pumping operations, with a strong track record in large concrete projects
Proven leadership experience managing field teams and logistics across multiple sites
Strong understanding of concrete equipment, placement methods, and industry safety practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Texas

What We Offer:
Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $175,000 DOE
