Senior Project Manager – Ground-Up Commercial Construction

What You’ll Do:

• Lead major ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Oversee 2–3 Project Managers, guiding their development and ensuring consistency in process and execution

• Manage project timelines, subcontractor coordination, budgets, and quality control

• Maintain a leadership presence on-site and within the office, leading by example

• Bring experience and structure to processes and help develop junior staff

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects ranging from $1M to $60M

• Background in higher education, hospitality, corrections, or other diverse commercial work

  • Multi-family-only experience will not be considered

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior PMs and bring organization to workflows

• Exposure to Procore and Bluebeam (preferred but not required)
