An established skilled nursing facility is looking for a compassionate, experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team and support exceptional resident care.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Assist DON with clinical operations and quality of care
Lead weekly wound/skin rounds and infection control
Support compliance and communication across nursing staff
Oversee daily staffing and training initiatives
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff education
Provide 24-hour on-call support as needed
🔹 Requirements:
Active RN license
3+ years in long-term care
2+ years in a leadership role (preferred)
Strong communication and supervision skills
Flexible availability
