A well-established, mid-large sized independent insurance brokerage is seeking a full-time, in-office Employee Benefits Producer to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a firm that combines hands-on training, cutting-edge technology, and a supportive team environment to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
Actively prospect and generate new business through cold calling, canvassing, and lead follow-up
Sell group health, life, dental, and other employee benefits products to small businesses (primarily groups under 50 lives)
Utilize a proprietary online platform that allows for quoting and binding proposals in minutes
Collaborate with a seasoned team and benefit from ongoing mentorship and support
Focus on sales while a dedicated service team handles client servicing
What We’re Looking For:
A go-getter with strong communication skills and a passion for sales
Willingness to cold call and hustle—this is a qualifying requirement
Local candidates only; this is a 100% in-office role
Life & Health license is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
