  • Accurately document service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.

  • Partner directly with customers, providing advice on operation, maintenance, and safety.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining industrial forklifts.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

  • Certification as a Forklift Technician is a plus.

  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills — you know how to diagnose and fix it right the first time.

  • Safety-focused mindset with a sharp attention to detail.

  • Solid communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

The Physical Side as a Service Technician/Mechanic:

  • Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

  • Comfortable with standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the day.

  • Ready to work indoors and outdoors, in all types of weather.

Why This Opportunity for Service Technician/Mechanic:

  • Independence to manage your day and take ownership of your work.

  • Variety — every day is different, with new locations, equipment, and challenges.
