We are currently seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney who is passionate about the law and eager to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.
Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop effective case strategies
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations
Analyze complex legal issues and deliver strategic legal counsel
Prepare and present persuasive oral and written arguments
Conduct depositions and witness interviews
Review and interpret medical, financial, and case-related records
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in California
3+ years of civil litigation experience
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
Solid understanding of California civil procedure and applicable regulations
