We are currently seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney who is passionate about the law and eager to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution

  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations

  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop effective case strategies

  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations

Essential Functions:

  • Analyze complex legal issues and deliver strategic legal counsel

  • Prepare and present persuasive oral and written arguments

  • Conduct depositions and witness interviews

  • Review and interpret medical, financial, and case-related records

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Licensed to practice law in California

  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience

  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills

  • Solid understanding of California civil procedure and applicable regulations
