About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team supporting children with delays or disabilities, including those with autism. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive environment that values professional growth and work-life balance.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in a human service field (required)
  • Current BCBA certification (required)
  • Minimum of one year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
  • Valid Illinois driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Current automobile insurance

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience
