Position Overview

The firm is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager with strong technical experience in corporate tax provision and partnership taxation. This individual will play a key role in supporting the firm’s expanding client base and helping lead complex tax engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review corporate tax provision (ASC 740) work
• Prepare and review corporate and partnership tax returns (1065, 1120/1120S)
• Manage and mentor staff; review work and provide technical guidance
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and build strong relationships
• Assist with tax planning and advisory services for business clients
• Collaborate with leadership on engagement strategy and client growth

Qualifications

• CPA or JD preferred
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong experience with corporate tax provision (ASC 740)
• Experience with partnership returns (1065) and pass-through entities
• Proven ability to manage engagements and work directly with clients
• Strong communication and leadership skills
