A leading Pittsburgh-based law firm is actively seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join their growing team. This is a hybrid position offering both flexibility and courtroom action — perfect for a driven litigator ready to level up.

πŸ“ Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid Schedule)
πŸ’° Salary Range: $110,000 – $180,000
βš–οΈ Bar Requirement: Must be admitted and in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including:
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations
  • Draft pleadings, legal memos, motions, and discovery documents
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process
    • Oil & gas disputes
    • Breach of contract
    • Fraud & fraudulent conveyances
    • UCC issues
    • Business torts & breach of warranty claims

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
  • Confident litigator with excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Team-oriented and client-focused
  • Eager to take ownership of cases and contribute to a collaborative firm culture

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
