Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead our estimating efforts and contribute to strategic growth. This is a key leadership role that supports both internal teams and client stakeholders by providing accurate, timely, and strategic estimates for high-value commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about delivering clarity and value throughout the preconstruction process.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractor scopes

  • Conduct conceptual estimating and value engineering

  • Develop, present, and defend budgets, proposals, and bid strategies

  • Manage multiple complex commercial project estimates simultaneously

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project planning and execution

  • Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team development

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of full cycle estimating experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field strongly preferred

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

  • Strong understanding of construction documents, takeoffs, and market pricing

  • Proficiency in estimating tools/software and MS Office Suite

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality results
