We are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead our estimating efforts and contribute to strategic growth. This is a key leadership role that supports both internal teams and client stakeholders by providing accurate, timely, and strategic estimates for high-value commercial construction projects.
The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about delivering clarity and value throughout the preconstruction process.
Responsibilities:
Lead preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractor scopes
Conduct conceptual estimating and value engineering
Develop, present, and defend budgets, proposals, and bid strategies
Manage multiple complex commercial project estimates simultaneously
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project planning and execution
Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team development
Qualifications:
10+ years of full cycle estimating experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field strongly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Strong understanding of construction documents, takeoffs, and market pricing
Proficiency in estimating tools/software and MS Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality results
