Experience: At least 5 years of focused insurance defense litigation experience, particularly in product liability and general liability
Litigation Skills: Proven ability to handle all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Licensed: Active member of the Rhode Island Bar, in good standing
Autonomy: Confidence managing cases independently, while collaborating with senior partners when needed
A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong case strategy and risk assessment skills
Experience working directly with clients, experts, and insurance adjusters to deliver timely, cost-effective legal solutions
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills for court appearances, depositions, and mediations
A commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and high-quality work product
