Field Service Engineer
A growing company is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the plastics manufacturing industry to join their team! This role covers opportunities throughout the United States
Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at client sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
• Train customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Provide detailed reports on service activities and recommendations
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to improve equipment performance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields
• 5-7 years of field service or technical support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently
• Experience with industrial equipment, machinery, or electronics preferred
