Corporate Finance Attorney – $190K+ | Hybrid | St. Louis, MO

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Missouri Bar license required
• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance
• Strong academic credentials, writing, analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with:

  • Venture capital and private equity transactions (including leveraged buyouts)
  • Public and private securities offerings
  • Corporate governance matters
  • Reviewing Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements
