Senior Business Litigation Attorney – 7+ Years Experience
Location: Houston, TX (In-Office Role)
Compensation: $180,000 – $275,000 base + bonus
Benefits: Employer-paid health, dental, and vision | 401(k) with match | 10 PTO days + 5 sick days in year one

A respected and well-established litigation boutique is seeking a Senior Business Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join its high-performing trial team. Partner attorneys are encouraged to apply. No portable book of business is required. The firm handles complex, high-stakes business disputes for both plaintiffs and defendants.

As a Senior Business Litigation Attorney, you will be expected to immediately contribute to trial strategy and litigation execution across a wide range of commercial matters, including contract disputes, real estate litigation, fiduciary litigation, construction litigation, and insurance recovery.

The ideal Senior Business Litigation Attorney will have significant experience managing litigation from start to finish, including motion practice, depositions, and trial. Trial experience is required—ideally first or second chair—and candidates with TRO/TI experience will be prioritized.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Litigation Attorney or equivalent role in commercial litigation

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar

  • Strong courtroom presence, legal writing, and client-facing communication skills

  • In-office role; must be able to work on-site in Houston, TX

  • Proven ability to manage cases independently and take initiative within a team
