Position Type: Full-Time
A well-established mechanical contractor is adding a Service Account Manager to its Nashville service division. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys building long-term client partnerships, understands the technical side of HVAC and piping systems, and is motivated to deliver reliable solutions that keep facilities running smoothly.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned service clients, ensuring consistent communication and support
Develop, renew, and manage preventive maintenance agreements that meet client needs and budgets
Partner with technicians to evaluate service requests and prepare repair or replacement proposals
Provide timely, accurate estimates for HVAC and plumbing work and follow up through completion
Track contract renewals and proactively engage clients before expiration
Identify opportunities for additional service offerings and coordinate with internal teams
Maintain clear documentation and reporting for proposals, contracts, and account activity
Background in the mechanical/HVAC service industry (account management, sales, or service operations)
Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, piping systems, and service workflows
Ability to structure service agreements, present solutions, and negotiate renewals
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
Technical training, HVAC certification, or a related degree is a plus
