Key Qualifications:

Experience: 3–5+ years handling probate matters including formal and summary administrations, guardianships, and contested estate issues

Licensed: Active Florida Bar member in good standing

Skills: Proficient in Florida probate rules/procedure, strong communication, and the ability to manage cases independently from intake through closing

Bonus: Experience drafting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs) is a plus
