  • Manage hiring, training, and talent development to strengthen the organization

  • Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners to fuel long-term success

  • 10+ years in commercial roofing with strong operational leadership experience

  • Proven success leading teams in estimating, project management, and service operations

  • Deep understanding of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified, Coatings, Metal)

  • Strong business acumen with P&L management experience

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style—no ego, all execution

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

  • Tech-savvy with Excel, CRM, and project management software
