Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of concrete construction projects, from planning to closeout
Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain seamless communication
Enforce safety standards and company policies on every jobsite
Provide leadership, problem-solving, and guidance to project teams
Qualifications:
8+ years of project management experience in concrete or heavy civil construction
Strong knowledge of concrete methods, materials, and equipment
Proven ability to manage large, complex projects
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
