Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of concrete construction projects, from planning to closeout

  • Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain seamless communication

  • Enforce safety standards and company policies on every jobsite

  • Provide leadership, problem-solving, and guidance to project teams

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of project management experience in concrete or heavy civil construction

  • Strong knowledge of concrete methods, materials, and equipment

  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
