We are Hiring - Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Minnesota – Assisted Living

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide general nursing care to residents according to physician orders and industry best practices.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and promote wellness, independence, and dignity.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health status, collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and other care team members.
• Educate residents and families about care plans, medications, and wellness strategies.
• Help maintain accurate and confidential documentation.
• Participate in care planning, support infection control programs, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment by providing emotional support and respectful communication to residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Minnesota (required).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in senior care, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Empathetic, dependable, and dedicated to enhancing lives.
