A highly regarded San Diego-based law firm is seeking a senior-level employment litigator to join as a Partner within its growing practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney with a strong background defending employers in complex workplace disputes, looking to step into a leadership role with firm influence and long-term opportunity.
This position offers hybrid flexibility (3 days in-office), competitive compensation starting at $215,000+ DOE, and an established platform for continued growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Extensive background in employment defense litigation, including case management, strategy, and trial prep
Leadership: Proven ability to mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice development
Book of Business: Portable business is preferred but not required
Licensed: Active member of the California Bar
