A respected and established firm is seeking a skilled Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join its litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to handle a diverse portfolio of real property disputes and build a long-term career with a firm that values high-quality advocacy, collaboration, and professional growth.
This role involves handling a broad range of real estate litigation matters, including landlord-tenant disputes (residential and commercial), easement and boundary claims, quiet title and partition actions, Johnson v. Davis disputes, foreclosure defense, land use and zoning challenges, and select bankruptcy-related litigation tied to property and lien rights.
What They’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of litigation experience with a concentration in real estate matters—evictions, title disputes, contract litigation, easements, land use, foreclosure, and related civil claims
Licensed: Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
Litigation-Ready: Proven ability to manage cases from intake through resolution, including motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial prep
Strategic and Responsive: Excellent legal writing, analytical skills, and a client-centered communication style
Team-Driven: A proactive, dependable litigator who thrives in a supportive but fast-paced environment
