🚨 URGENT HIRE | Litigation Paralegal | Pittsburgh, PA 🚨

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team in Pittsburgh. This role supports attorneys across general litigation and ERISA matters, working on complex, high-impact cases from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and third parties to gather critical case information and documentation
  • Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis and PACER
  • Assist attorneys by applying legal concepts and supporting case strategy development
  • Perform cite checking and shepardizing
  • Organize case files and maintain timelines for key litigation milestones
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
  • Assist with federal and state court filings, as well as administrative filings
  • Manage and review large volumes of discovery documents
  • Coordinate document production and discovery responses
  • Prepare for trials, depositions, and arbitrations, including exhibits and trial materials
  • Serve as liaison with courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and case tracking systems
  • Work within litigation software to support attorneys on commercial cases

Required Qualifications

  • Paralegal Certificate REQUIRED
  • Proven experience with billable time tracking
  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
  • Experience in ERISA or complex litigation is a plus
  • Proficiency with legal research tools (Lexis, PACER)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
