HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL SUPERINTENDENT OPPORTUNITY

A growing luxury residential builder in the Dallas market is confidentially seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end custom home and luxury residential construction projects.

This company has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and delivering thoughtfully executed custom homes and large-scale residential renovations throughout premier Dallas-area neighborhoods.

The company is seeking a field leader who can confidently manage day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of quality, communication, and jobsite organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for luxury residential projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and material deliveries
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations
• Maintain organized and professional jobsites
• Communicate effectively with ownership, project managers, trades, and clients
• Identify and solve field issues proactively to keep projects moving efficiently
• Enforce safety standards and subcontractor accountability

Ideal Background

• Experience supervising luxury custom homes and/or large-scale residential remodels
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to manage multiple trades and schedules simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Professional communication and leadership skills
