Job Description

We are currently partnered with several law firms in California that are seeking skilled, Spanish-speaking Personal Injury Attorneys to join their teams. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are passionate about personal injury law and are looking to be part of high-performing, collaborative, and mission-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of personal injury pre-litigation matters from intake through settlement.
  • Evaluate case value, liability, damages, and treatment strategies.
  • Draft and review demand packages.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active California Bar license in good standing (California licensure is required)
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong focus on pre-litigation
  • Proficiency in Spanish is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
