Drywall Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and financially focused Drywall Project Manager (PM) to oversee all phases of commercial drywall and light-gauge metal framing projects. This role requires managing projects from initial budgeting through closeout, ensuring strict adherence to schedule, quality, and profitability goals.

Project Execution: Manage project schedules, material procurement, and timely completion of contract milestones.
Financial Control: Develop accurate working budgets, manage job cost reports, prepare billing, and negotiate/process change orders.
Estimating Collaboration: Use OST and Quick Bid expertise to audit takeoffs, verify quantities, and support the handoff from estimating to operations.
Field Oversight: Conduct site visits, enforce safety protocols, manage field crews/subcontractors, and ensure high-quality standards.
Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, resolving issues and leading project meetings.
