Director of Marketing – Home Services (Cleveland, OH – Relocation Available)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the marketing function with a focus on digital lead generation: Google LSA, SEM, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, and other proven channels.

  • Drive 10x ROI on leads by optimizing spend, tracking results, and constantly improving close rates.

  • Build and manage a small team of students/interns for tactical execution, while you focus on strategy, growth, and leadership.

  • Leverage tools like ServiceTitan (industry’s top platform) to connect marketing directly to operations and sales results.

  • Partner with leadership to double revenue again over the next two years.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in marketing within home services, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or similar trades. (This is not a typical media/branding role—we need someone who knows lead aggregation inside and out.)

  • Strong background in Google LSA, SEM, and digital funnels.

  • Experience working with a $20M+ home service company (or similar scale).

  • Management skills—able to lead a team, manage vendors, and partner closely with sales and operations.

  • Comfortable being measured by results and revenue impact.
