Position Overview:

Seeking a compassionate, skilled Family Law Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client advocacy, exceptional legal expertise in family law, and a genuine desire to deliver clarity and peace of mind to clients navigating divorce, custody, and other family law issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, and prenuptial agreements
  • Provide clear, empathetic legal advice tailored to each client's unique situation
  • Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and settlement agreements
  • Advocate zealously for clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Maintain client communication, providing reassurance and guidance throughout the legal process
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategic solutions that protect clients' best interests

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the NJ Bar
  • Experience in family law with a demonstrated mastery of relevant legal principles
  • Compassionate approach blended with a do-right attitude
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and litigation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
