Are you an attorney with a strong background in construction litigation? A well-respected firm in Tampa is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to handle a steady flow of construction defect, design professional liability, surety bond, and commercial litigation cases while working in a collaborative environment that values quality over billable hours and supports your long-term career growth.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years in construction litigation, including construction defect claims, design professional liability, surety bond matters, contract disputes, and related commercial issues

  • Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar

  • Confident in managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and participating in hearings, mediations, and negotiations

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong client service skills
