What They’re Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years in construction litigation, including construction defect claims, design professional liability, surety bond matters, contract disputes, and related commercial issues
Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Confident in managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and participating in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong client service skills
