Litigation Paralegal πŸ“ Pittsburgh, PA | πŸ’Ό Full-Time | πŸ’° $60,000 – $90,000 (Based on experience)

A well-established law firm is seeking a full-time experienced Litigation Paralegal for our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. The ideal candidate will play a critical role supporting our litigation attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process—from the initiation of a case through trial and appeal.

This position offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in motions practice, discovery, evidentiary hearings, trial preparation, post-trial filings, and appellate work. You will assist with the receipt, processing, review, and production of information in discovery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout every phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with attorneys on complex litigation matters
  • Support all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Manage document production, including collecting, organizing, and reviewing materials for discovery
  • Coordinate and prepare trial materials, including trial binders, exhibits, and witness prep
  • Assist with scheduling depositions, hearings, and other litigation events
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely filings with state and federal courts
  • Provide post-trial and appellate support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Paralegal Certificate from ABA-approved program preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
  • Trial experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong work ethic and willingness to commit to extended hours when needed

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
