Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney (3–7 Years’ Experience)
Location: New York City Metro Area (Hybrid/Flexible Schedule Available)
Key Responsibilities:
Independently handle a full caseload of insurance defense matters from inception to resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Represent clients at depositions, court appearances, and mediations
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
Work closely with partners and other team members to develop case strategies
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in New York
3–7 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Strong analytical, writing, and negotiation skills
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Admission to New Jersey bar a plus but not required
