A well-established law firm in Warrendale, PA is actively seeking a skilled and personable Transactional Trust, Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is not only legally sharp but also passionate about building trust with clients and guiding them through complex planning and probate matters.

What You’ll Handle:

• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Advising clients on probate proceedings, tax implications, and wealth transfer strategies
• Managing client relationships from consultation through closing
• Explaining legal concepts in plain, reassuring language

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of transactional experience in trusts, estate planning, and probate law
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
• Highly organized with a client-first mindset
• Ability to independently manage files while maintaining a personal, empathetic approach
