Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire Commercial Lines Division (account managers, CSRs, and assistants)

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to team members

  • Manage complex commercial lines accounts with accuracy and professionalism

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen and grow client relationships

  • Drive efficiency, productivity, and success across the division

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of commercial lines insurance experience

  • Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills

  • Ability to thrive in a 100% in-office environment within a collaborative, close-knit team
