Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Audit Senior or Audit Manager who brings strong leadership, audit proficiency, and a drive to serve clients with integrity and precision. You’ll play a key role in managing audit engagements, guiding team members, and strengthening client relationships across industries that make a difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audits from planning through issuance for clients including nonprofits, governmental agencies, school districts, and cooperatives
Supervise and mentor audit staff, supporting development and maintaining high quality standards
Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and applicable regulatory frameworks including Single Audit requirements
Analyze internal controls, identify risk areas, and deliver insightful recommendations to clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
Participate in continuous process improvements and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
Qualifications:
CPA license required
3–7+ years of public accounting experience, with significant audit engagement exposure
Strong knowledge of governmental and nonprofit accounting and reporting standards
Proven ability to lead teams and manage client deliverables
Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills
Experience with audit software and cloud-based platforms preferred
