TITLE: General Liability Attorney

SALARY: 100,000 – 145,000

LOCATION: All over Indiana

General Liability Associate

One of our clients is hiring a General Liability Associate with 3-5 years’ experience to join their team in the Indianapolis area! 

Compensation

 $100,000 - $145,000 

Responsibilities

• Handle general liability, tort, subrogation, and insurance defense cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and trials.
• Manage discovery and document production.
• Advise clients on legal strategies and negotiate settlements.

Qualifications

• JD degree and state bar admission.
• 3-5 years in general liability, tort, subrogation, and insurance defense.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and document preparation skills.
• In good standing with the state bar of Indiana
