Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Control Plan (QCP).

  • Manage the Three Phases of Control (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up) as required by USACE and NAVFAC.

  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure all work meets contract specifications.

  • Conduct and lead preparatory and progress meetings with project stakeholders.

  • Review submittals, shop drawings, and materials for compliance prior to approval.

  • Maintain detailed QC reports and ensure timely communication with project teams, subcontractors, and government representatives.

  • Promote and enforce safety, quality, and compliance throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of construction Quality Control Management experience on federal projects.

  • USACE/NAVFAC CQM-C Certification required.

  • Strong knowledge of federal contract requirements, construction methods, and building codes.

  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, documentation, and reporting.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
