Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Control Plan (QCP).
Manage the Three Phases of Control (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up) as required by USACE and NAVFAC.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure all work meets contract specifications.
Conduct and lead preparatory and progress meetings with project stakeholders.
Review submittals, shop drawings, and materials for compliance prior to approval.
Maintain detailed QC reports and ensure timely communication with project teams, subcontractors, and government representatives.
Promote and enforce safety, quality, and compliance throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of construction Quality Control Management experience on federal projects.
USACE/NAVFAC CQM-C Certification required.
Strong knowledge of federal contract requirements, construction methods, and building codes.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, documentation, and reporting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
