We’re looking for a Solar Project Manager experienced in commercial and utility-grade ground mount solar projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project execution, scheduling, and team coordination.This position is primarily office-based with some fieldwork, ensuring a strong work-life balance.Responsibilities:

• Manage solar projects from planning through construction and completion.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain timelines.
• Oversee installation of commercial and utility-scale solar systems.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial or utility-scale solar projects.
• Solid knowledge of ground mount solar systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Compensation:

$80,000 – $120,000, depending on experience.
