Job Description

Position Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to support our manufacturing operations and ensure all electrical systems and equipment are running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing electrical components on machinery such as aerial platforms, forklifts, and earthmoving equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on industrial machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshooting electrical issues using schematics and testing tools
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams on equipment upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and motor circuits
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems is a plus
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
