Boutique Plaintiff-Side Firm | Injured Workers | Regional Travel

A boutique litigation firm in Miami is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with 5–10 years of practice to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with first- and second-chair trial experience who wants to make a difference representing injured workers across the Southeastern U.S. — with travel up to 30% of the time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases involving workplace injuries

  • Handle cases from initial intake through trial, including depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations

  • Travel regionally to meet clients, conduct investigations, and appear in court

  • Collaborate closely with a team that values precision, advocacy, and long-term results

What We’re Looking For:

  • JD and active Florida Bar license

  • 5–10 years of litigation experience with trial experience (1st or 2nd chair)

  • Background in personal injury and/or workers’ compensation law preferred

  • Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)

  • Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills
