Senior Mechanical Project Engineer

What You’ll Do
Lead mechanical engineering design (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection) through every phase of a project
Develop efficient, reliable systems that meet client goals for performance, aesthetics, and budget
Collaborate with project teams and clients to present solutions and resolve challenges
Conduct system evaluations, produce technical reports, and provide expert guidance to colleagues
Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and helping them grow professionally
Support project financial goals through fee submissions and tracking
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET accredited)
5+ years of experience in building engineering
Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit
Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection codes
Strong communicator, comfortable working with clients and teams
Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Nice-to-Have
Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT certification
Experience designing for healthcare or higher education projects
Familiarity with alternative project delivery methods
