Real Estate Partner or Shareholder – Lateral Opportunity
📍 Florida (Flexible) | Full-Time | Partner-Level Compensation

About the Opportunity:
A well-established law firm platform is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Partner with a portable book of business of $500K+ for strategic growth in Florida.

Practice Focus:

• Commercial real estate transactions

• Acquisitions and dispositions

• Leasing (office, retail, industrial)

• Development and financing

• Real estate joint ventures

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and grow a portable real estate book of business

• Lead complex commercial real estate transactions

• Serve as primary relationship partner for real estate clients

• Collaborate across corporate, tax, and finance practices

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active Florida Bar license

• Partner or Shareholder-level experience

• Minimum $500K portable book of business

• Strong transactional and client development background
