About the Opportunity:
A growing law firm platform is seeking a Florida Board Certified Health Care Attorney at the Partner or Shareholder level with a portable book of business of $500K+.
Practice Focus:
Health care regulatory and compliance
Provider transactions and affiliations
HIPAA and privacy matters
Health care corporate and operational issues
Key Responsibilities:
Originate and manage a portable health care practice
Advise providers, systems, and health care organizations
Lead regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters
Collaborate with corporate and labor partners
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar license
Florida Board Certification in Health Care Law (required)
Partner or Shareholder-level experience
Minimum $500K portable book of business
