About the Opportunity:
A growth-oriented law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Partner with a portable book of business of $500K+ to support expansion in Florida.
Practice Focus:
Management-side labor and employment counseling
Employment litigation
Wage and hour matters
Employment policies and compliance
Restrictive covenants and executive agreements
Key Responsibilities:
Originate and grow a labor and employment book of business
Counsel employers on compliance and risk mitigation
Lead employment litigation and advisory matters
Cross-sell with corporate and health care practices
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar license
Partner or Shareholder-level attorney
Minimum $500K portable book of business
Strong client-facing and business development skills
