We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney, with defense-side commercial litigation experience. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to develop your skills alongside experienced attorneys in a supportive environment.
Contribute to case strategy and handle substantive drafting, research, and preparation.
Participate in negotiations, hearings, and client communications.
Manage a varied caseload with attention to detail and professionalism.
Active Florida Bar license.
Around 2–5 years of solid litigation or related experience.
Strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills.
Experience managing all aspects of discovery, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
