Job Title: Structural Steel Sales Manager
Location: Remote (with travel)
Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Structural Steel Sales Manager with proven experience selling structural steel packages, particularly to general contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing sales of $50M+ per year. This is a remote role requiring regular travel to meet clients and develop business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets of $50M+ annually

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and key industry stakeholders

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing

  • Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project teams to deliver competitive and accurate proposals

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience selling structural steel packages, ideally with general contractors

  • Demonstrated success managing large sales volumes ($50M+ per year)

  • Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and construction processes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary starting at $125,000, with increases based on experience
