Production Supervisor – Industrial Manufacturing

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join a thriving industrial team and help lead day-to-day operations on the production floor.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage production operations from start to finish

  • Ensure products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time

  • Train, mentor, and supervise production team members

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procedures

  • Track progress against production targets and ensure deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and general computer skills

  • Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes
