About the Role
As a Litigation Attorney, you’ll manage your own caseload from initial filing to final resolution. You’ll handle motion practice, discovery, hearings, and trials with the support of a litigation paralegal and guidance from a managing litigation attorney. The firm’s structure allows you to focus on being a lawyer.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Handle depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Communicate regularly and effectively with clients
• Collaborate with internal litigation team while independently managing deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona (Active)
• 2–7 years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Comfortable handling a diverse caseload, including contested matters
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary range: $100,000 – $150,000+, depending on experience
• Firm covers professional liability insurance, Arizona Bar fees, and CLEs
