About Us A growing custom cabinetry and millwork company in the Minneapolis area, known for high-quality craftsmanship, precision, and innovative design. With an expanding project pipeline, we are looking for a skilled Cabinet Vision Designer to join the team onsite and play a key role in turning architectural concepts into exceptional cabinetry solutions.
What You’ll Do • Create and modify detailed cabinet and millwork drawings using Cabinet Vision software • Prepare accurate shop drawings, cut lists, and material specifications • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and shop staff to ensure designs meet requirements • Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into workable cabinet designs • Support production by troubleshooting design issues and ensuring accuracy throughout the process
What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience as a Cabinet Vision Designer (required) • Strong understanding of cabinetry construction methods and woodworking terminology • Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work onsite daily (hybrid option available after 3–6 months)
